Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled tour date and time. A full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour are non-refundable. To cancel, use the link provided in your confirmation email or contact us at carlimartours@gmail.com.

Privacy Policy (GDPR)

Carlimar Tours collects the following personal data when you make a booking: full name, email address, and optionally your phone number. This data is used solely to process your booking, send you a confirmation email, and contact you if necessary about your tour.

Your data is stored securely and is not shared with third parties, except as required to process payment (Stripe) and send email communications (Mailgun).

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at carlimartours@gmail.com.

Data is retained for a maximum of 3 years for accounting and operational purposes, after which it is permanently deleted.

Payments

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Carlimar Tours does not store your card details. All prices are in EUR and include any applicable taxes.
